About CBCTrack
Kenya’s premier school management system for CBC — now CBE — implementation.

Our Story
CBCTrack was born out of a pressing need we observed across Kenyan primary schools. When the Ministry of Education introduced the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) in 2017, schools struggled with increased documentation, continuous assessment, and tracking individual learner achievement. As CBC transitions to CBE, those needs have only grown.
Founded by a team of experienced educators and technology experts in Nairobi, we set out to build a solution that empowers teachers and administrators to deliver the curriculum effectively while reducing paperwork and administrative burden.
Our Mission
To transform primary education in Kenya through digital solutions that make CBE implementation seamless, efficient, and effective for every school — regardless of its resources or location.
